At Parent Pathways, we know that teaching life skills at home—also known as Habilitation (HAH)—can be deeply rewarding, but also challenging. That’s why we offer Field Support Visits: compassionate, knowledgeable, and personalized in-home (or virtual) visits to support families working on HAH goals.
These visits are designed to guide, not intrude—to support, not supervise—and to walk beside you, every step of the way.
Field Support Visits are one-on-one coaching and guidance sessions for parents and caregivers of DDD-eligible children receiving Habilitation services. These sessions focus on

Every visit ends with a Visit Summary—a brief document that outlines what we worked on, notes progress, and offers suggestions or next steps.

✅ In-the-moment coaching for parents or providers
✅ Modeling strategies or teaching techniques
✅ Review or rewriting of HAH goals
✅ Suggestions for progress tracking and data collection
✅ Visit Summary provided via email or in person
✅ Optional follow-up check-ins or consults

Each visit is typically 60–90 minutes, depending on your needs. In-person and virtual sessions are available.
